ComfyDeploy: How ComfyUI-EvTexture works in ComfyUI?

What is ComfyUI-EvTexture?

Wrapper for EvTexture Video Upscaler: [a/https://github.com/DachunKai/EvTexture](https://github.com/DachunKai/EvTexture)

How to install it in ComfyDeploy?

Head over to the machine page

  1. Click on the "Create a new machine" button
  2. Select the Edit build steps
  3. Add a new step -> Custom Node
  4. Search for ComfyUI-EvTexture and select it
  5. Close the build step dialig and then click on the "Save" button to rebuild the machine

Get pre-trained models as described here and place them in upscale_models folder. At the time the pre-trained models works better on low resolution images (64-256 px) packed with detail. The Vimeo90K version seems to work best (less artefacts) for larger images.

You can also combine with RIFE or other interpolation model to generate events at a higher FPS before feeding them into the upscaler.
